Dreadful hairdressing experience. From start to finish the whole experience lacked professionalism. I was looking forward to treating myself to a new hairdo and the reality was that I couldn't wait for it to finish. The girl who dealt with my colouring was very curt and unfriendly and needs to take a few lessons in how to deal with customers. I also didn't feel she was that confident. She kept asking me what I wanted done at every step I wonder why as in the end I did not get what I asked for. I was also in shock about the bill 280 Euros when their price are much lower than this around 50 Euros for the service I wanted to get done. I was not happy with the result as I was charged for an highlight but the girl fully coloured my hair something I could have get done at home by myself by buying one those l'areal ready to use colouring. I mentioned this to the girl but she had no training how to deal with a customer complaint at all. I was so upset that I just paid and make up my mind it will be the last time I get ripped off by this salon I certainly would not recommend this to anyone. I have been to many hairdressers over the years and this is without a doubt the worst and most unenjoyable experience and the most dishonest salon I have had out of all of them. I would not recommend to anyone.

This dishonest salon totally doesn't care about customer satisfaction as long they can OVERCHARGE you for a service that you didn't ask from them and as long they can make money out of you. I visited this salon with a sample hair and a picture of the hair result I wanted, like ombre the cost for short hair is 45 Euros. The salon has their price list on their glass window. The stylish did meche by meche in my hair and I got charged 208 Euros without cut, blow dry or any other treatment. When I got home, I put my hair back and saw those blonde and black lines left in my hair especially in front of your facial, the back of my hair was barely colored. This was a big scam. I reported the issue to the stylist that invited me in, she said she understood the problem and will fix one by one the coloring, but she simply put some sort American clarifying oil all other in my hair, she couldnt be bother to put the effort or the time to do her job that I basically paid for. Now, instead to have black against blonde I have brown against blonde, the back of my hair has not changed its still black. I contacted the salon owner Nadia Ben Hamame and she simply could care less if you are happy or not. I feel they overcharged me to compensate for the lack of customers allowed by the government at the moment. This salon is extremely dishonest and I decided to report them to the mediateur to investigate my complaint further. Covi19 or not a customer should not be scammed or been overcharged for service the customer did not ask. I hate the result of my hair. This visit to the salon should have been easy as my hair was already blonde at the end and my roots black I wanted a small fix, but small fix doesn't cost 208 Euros right, please be careful if you visit this salon.
I did my nails there and the day after the polish was gone at 4 fingers. I went by to do a remake, the lady who did my nails was extremly aggressive with me and very unpolite. She was shouting while she was explaining to me that there is no guarantee on the polish. I just wanted to do a remake, she could have politely said \it will cost you that much because there is no guarantee\. She should not have made a whole scene in the saloon like savages who do not know how to communicate.

J'y vais pour les soins esthétiques. Je recommande !!! L'esthéticienne est adorable, hyper compétente et les prix sont moins cher que dans une chaîne que je ne nommerai pas .
Kom altijd buiten met een goed gevoel, eerste kapper die niet altijd wilt meer knippen dan gevraagd, niet te duur en heel vriendelijk personeel
Déçue... J'ai fait mes ongles en gel là-bas avec ajout de tips. J'en ai eu pour 50 euros. Malheureusement même pas une semaine après , il ya déjà des endroits où le gel s'en va et la finition n'est pas nette du tout. Je ne recommande pas.

ELLES PRENNENT SOIN DE LEURS CLIENTÈLES FÉMININES OU MASCULINES ELLES NE FONT AUCUNE DIFFÉRENCE ELLES SOIGNENT TOUT LE MONDE DE LA MÊME BELLE MANIÈRE ET DE LA PATIENCE ET DE L ECOUTE.
