I spent 1 year and a half in Morton Place Parvis and it was a great experience. The house is lovely, very well equipped and decorated, close to transports, shops, gym and the Parvis de saint Gilles (bars, restaurants). The house is very well maintained, always clean, and the housekeepers are very efficient when something needs to be fixed or replaced. Tanya and Ivonne are very nice, flexible and always available when needed. The atmosphere in the house has always been great, I met amazing people from all over the world who are now my friends. I definitely recommend Morton Place for anyone who wants to meet people and live in a community while keeping good housing standards.

Best input - output ration EVER! It seems expensive at first sight but the team around Tanya is just amazing and worth every single cent. I have never felt that perfectly taken care of by any of my landlords nor housekeeping team before. Enjoy your stay!
Morton Place gave me the start I needed when I arrived in Brussels over 2 years ago. I had an amazing time in this house, met wonderful people in the house and have established good relationships. Tanya has raised the bar high for other home owners. She ensures everything works perfectly and issues are resolved within the shortest possible time. Ivonne, welcomes you and helps you settle in and feel at home, she ensures that with each celebrations (Christmas, Easter etc) the house is decorated. Definitely what considering when looking for co-housing in Brussels! highly recommended.
Best house sharing in Brussels! Morton Place (MP) Parvis is a beautiful building of the late '800 completely renovated with design furniture. Each flatmate has a room with private bathroom. The common areas, fully equipped with top level appliances, include two kitchens, two living rooms, a garage, a laundry and a courtyard. A team of people is extremely committed to ensuring that everything works perfectly. MP Parvis has a very convenient location, Rue de la Linière is quiet and safe and it is just two minutes-walk from the best bars in Brussels (located in Parvis) and five minutes-walk from the Hotel Des Monnaies metro station (from where you can reach quickly the city centre and the European quarter). Beside that, MP Parvis is a great place to meet fantastic people. The flatmates are young professionals, coming from different countries, that work hard during the week and have fun in the weekend! If you are looking for a flat sharing in Brussels, I highly recommend MP Parvis!
Morton Place offers a new and, frankly, better way to live in the 21st century. Private, spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as ultra-equipped shared kitchen and living quarters. Tastefully decorated, convenient, very professional but also personal and friendly. Just the right mix between privacy and community.
Co-living is a relatively new or newish concept which is now seen around major cities around the world and the phenomenon has certainly also reached Brussels - the capital of the European Union - and home to thousands of lobbyists, consultants, politicians etc. For a person such as myself staying for a number of month, but less than a year, co-living is THE thing. And finding Morton Place has been my luck. With 3 houses in some of the most charming neighbourhoods of old Brussels, Morton Place offers a home away from home. The latest of the houses is Morton Place Louise close to the picturesque square of Parvis Saint Gilles with cafés and restaurants and out-door summer life. The house is simply quite amazing. Large pleasant airy rooms, delightfully decorated and with a stunning eclectic mix of modern and classic contemporary furniture and art – not to mention wonderful bathrooms and gorgeous beds . It seems that no expense has been spared in order to make the residents feel truly welcome. The kitchen is large and well equipped and opens up to a light-filled dining area and a library-cum-sitting–room with large, elegant, soft sofas. The atmosphere is welcoming and Morton Place is run professionally and friendly with easy access to help should you need any advice. It is simply just convenient, and living in the same house as likeminded professionals offers not just nice company but also useful networking opportunities. I give top marks to Morton Place Louise!

The combination of having a private ensuite room with the cosy common rooms are perfect for those wishing to live with other interesting people in the lively area of St Gilles. The MP-team is extremely professional in handling all the practicalities and will make sure that you have a great stay in Brussels. I highly recommend looking into staying at MP if you ever have the chance!
Morton place est un concept de co-living très sympa entre jeune travailleurs. La maison est internationale, on parle plusieurs langues entre nous, et c'est l'occasion de renconrer pleins personnes extraordinaire. J'ai passé une excellente année dans cette jolie maison (super design, entièrement meublée avec un super niveau de confort... rien à redire). Idéal pour s'installer rapidement à Bruxelles et avoir un logement sans se sentir seul!
