I kind of hate having my mail delivered here. Half the time they can't find things, and somehow it's always someone else's fault. Boo.
The old lady treated me really badly when she could not find my package when presenting the DPD receipt with the tracking number, told her the company of my products and how the package should look like, and presented my ID. She typed my name wrong 3 times in her machine and then, she yelled at me saying that I was too slow. Train your employees or choose someone that knows how to do her job.
