Flibco's bus service is terribly expensive, mostly due to their de facto monopoly to access the Charleroi Airport. The bus stop is basic, but works without any hassle or negative experiences

Recently took a flibco shuttle from Brussels Midi to Charleroi airport. The online charge is 14 euros oneway and if you are buying from the bus it's 17 euros. They don't have any mobile app yet. No need to take ticket printout, you can show the QR code in mobile itself. We took a 4.30 pm shuttle. Bus usually goes in half hour intervals. Better come before time to avoid last min rush. There can be a queue or they will allow people inside as and when people come if bus is already there. The bus we travelled had mobile usb charging points. It took 1hr 10 min till airport with medium traffic on Friday evening. Overall a good option since there are no direct trains to Charleroi airport.
High price but good service so far, some times they are not punctual on the way from a airport to the city
Worst experience I’ve ever had with transportation. The staff was beyond rude. They demanded that we leave our spot in line (near front) and go to back of the line and because of that we would have missed our flight. So we had to pay for a taxi all the way to the airport. The busses can’t hold all of the people they sell tickets to, so there is NO guarantee you will make it to the airport, the staff is so rude (against us why I do not understand), complete waste of money. For a dollar less per person, you can go to the same pick up spot as flixbus but share a large taxi and actually get to the airport both faster and cheaper. (regarding Brussels Charlemagne airport) Do not trust or give money to this company.
Great experience on April 10th 2019: buying a ticket online was flawless, the bus was right outside Terminal 1 and drove us quickly and smoothly into the city. Absolutely recommended.
The shuttle did not come at all. I called the help number and got no response. I had to hire a Uber taxi to get to the airport on time. Not a service you can depend on.
If you go at 4 am its okay, cuz' there arent many people
Horrible customer-care service. I bought return tickets Charleroi-Bruges-Charleroi with dates 13-14th February. In case of national strike 13th Feb i missed my flight to Charleroi from Rome, and of course, i cant be in Belgium at all. Flibco cancelled my bus from Charleroi to Bruges and refund money as deposit (why deposit?). I was at airport when get an information about cancelled flight and ruined planes, i wrote to flibco support with e-mail 13th feb at 10 am about refunding tickets from Bruges for 14th 15 30, because i really havent teleport. They are answered me that its possible to cancell bus up to 6 hours before departure . What what???? I was at plane this time, anf more over i didnt changed, and didnt find teleport during these 24hours, im sorry! im not in Bruges, im stucked in Rome! Finally they decided to do not answer for my request. No tickets, no refunds. Worst support i ever used. Customers-care dont care about customers, fantastic. Strike more important than customers. Visit Bruges!
