Excellent experience at Hosaku. The system is simple enough to understand, the food was very good, and the staff very friendly and helpful without being \too present\. The presentation of the food is also very well done as you can see in the photos.

All you can eat, for when you favour quantity over quality. Service is subpar. Food is good, but some meals can be botched (meat too salty, mayo on sushis...)
