I have been using them over the last few years for regular service interval work and follow-up. The service is super clean and professional. The communication is prompt and easy to understand and they always try to accommodate around customer restrictions. Highly recommended.

Expensive. The technical staff, mechanics did their best, but was let down by a very sub-standard service manager with poor customer communication, several unexplained changes and delays. And agreed mechanical issues was not checked.

The best porsche dealer you can get in Brussels... Not to mention it is the only one, which obviously also makes it the worst. So you don't really have a choice: if you want to buy a new porsche and live in Brussels, this is the place to go. Now to be honest, you would expect something more regarding the service when you see how much a porsche costs, but let's face it: porsche are just cars, and so it feels when you order one...
Since they changed the after sale service depart , I really hated to go there for services.... Firstly : there are no personal are professionals in this new management . Attitudes are bad, performance is zero.... afraid to say that! If these guys in Asia or US..... they all will be fired..... Secondly : they are there to slaughtering the clients go there for services.... cheating and funny behaviours towards us ( clients).. My car was less than 3 years, 50000kms for service check... they charged me more than thousands.... without the proper bills to support... 10 mins job.... they charged me 1 hour and 30 mins charges... I was buying some stuffs from boutique in the car showroom with my credits card, there was no signs of any problem of the machine.... however, when I pursue to pay the charges then, the machine was break down ... and asked for cash.... I refused to pay them ! But pay through transfer.... Finally, I decided no to go there for any further services..... reason is simple: they playing high game with me, small little job : needed 3 weeks to get appointment. Instead of, on the sport I do have very skilful, friendly and professional to gives me the best services with the very reasonable (unbeatable) price for my car..... I also promote them to all my friends whose own German cars..... Thanks to their new nasty personals , to encourage me go out of Porsche service centre....to gain more from the market.... I met up with GM of Porsche Brussels, this afternoon! He was demonstrated the prices of their services charged.... seem like as the normal client , should be able to accepting their services charges..... instead of I was receiving bunch of attached bills to my mails.... I was busy on my trip to Asia.... did not have the times to go after these acts.... Now, when I realised those unacceptable acts... I was cross as normal.... Rating the rate for a star! Seems to me and some others will be the final rate to their services....
