Slow and inefficient. If you rent something, make sure to come in advance, you will be waiting for 30 min before being served. All the employees are hiding, no good service

Service lamentable. Aucune réponse téléphonique d’Overijs depuis 48h??? Et puis on se plaint que la société ne tourne plus? Que le Covid y est pour quelque chose? Que le client déserte? Le concurrent LOXAM au moins répond aux appels!!
j ai recu la rainureuse avec les disques mal serrés et de tailles differentes, bref machine non contrôlée. inexcusable, d autant que le prix de location coûte plus de 10% du prix neuf de la machine et ce pour 1 jour. A ce prix on est en droit d attendre 1 service de qualité
