I am really disappointed in the after sales service. First they did a decent job with ceramic coating, but when I then afterwards needed further help, they didn't bother to answer mails and when I asked them in a friendly way whether I could expect an answer, they even turned arrogant. Thumbs down.
Go to store for detailing products. Friends of mine have had their car detailed by them and the level of professionalism is high!

Update 01/02: Merci pour le retour de wax-it. Commande en ligne via SwissVax et livraison facturation par waxit , après réception de celle-ci je remarque que ce n’est pas ce qui est sur le descriptif du site . Je demande une explication par e-mail, aucune réponse. Dommage
