Very bad experience. It was almost impossible to speak with the people working there in english or french. In addition, i had to change some products and they were not able to do it because i used a coupon of groupon when i bought them. They tried to do the exchange but put wrong codes in the return ticket and the difference to pay was much higher than the real one. I refused to pay the incorrect amount and asked back my products. They justified their incompetence saying that with groupon's check is not possible to change products when afterwards i checked on my coupon and this is absolutely not true. @hunkemoller thanks for your answer. Sorry for the confusion in my previous comment. With eturn\ i meant exchange with new products. The staff was not able to do it because they didn't know how to register the exchange. This is possible under the condition of my groupon coupon in 14 days from the purchase indeed i did it today in another shop in belgium.
