What a service! Bought the step online around noon, delivered the same day close to Antwerp by their own employee. So friendly and clear explanation during delivery. Do you have questions, it takes them no effort to answer them! When I buy another one, this will my place to go!

Ordered a cruiser online on a Friday night, turned out it was out of stock. Someone from the shop contacted me by phone on Saturday to offer a replacement unit or refund, which was immediately issued when I declined the replacement unit. Stuff happens, but everything was handled promptly and professionally, so well deserved 5 star for customer service. Keep up the good work!

Dealing with Inrevolta was a breeze. I ordered a pair of near sold out Impala roller skates on their website and within minutes I was called by Lancelot to say that the colour I wanted was out of stock but he offered me an alternative pair in black. I was happy to be given a different option so ordered them. I am in London. His emails were extremely polite, he has brilliant customer service and I received my perfect roller skates within just a few days! So happy with them. Thank you! This is why shopping small independent is so great!

Shopping on this site was an overwhelming experience! After ordering a deck during the corona pandemic, I must confess Inrevolta hold up to its standards. Although things got mixed up during delivery and only received half of my order, the customer support quickly took action. The owner arrived two days later at my house (I live 2 hours away from the shop’s location) with better parts than I previously ordered. He told me that “Skaters stick together” and was happy to meet one of his customers. This act of kindness impressed me so much that I think this review is the least I can do. Thank you Inrevolta, it will not be the last time that I will be ordering from your site.
