Unbelievably bad experience. For starters the menu and prices outside are not up to date. Secondly the food was just tasteless, the lasagna was just pasta with bolognese sauce on top (not between the layers), and the Agli scampi was also almost plain pasta. Thirdly, we could not pay by card, we had to go out again to withdraw cash. Fourthly, it was so hot inside I ate faster to get out (there was airconditioning and they didn't turn it on). Next to all this, it was way overpriced, the staff was impolite and slow, the place was very noisy and too crowded. To summarize, it was one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to.

To be fair the Restaurant was busy. No tables free for 1.5 hours, ok. Takeaway Pizza? Sure but not for 30 mins. Friendly waitress did her best to accommodate us. Owner and other staff completely ignored us despite speaking Italian, French and German. Not welcoming or polite. Could have been honest and just said no room a lot sooner! Instead we were ignored and left. Went to the Le Promenade instead where it was wonderful...

Beetje amateuristisch daar. Die ene jongedame (denkik bazin), doet het zeer duidelijk tegen haar zin. Een schande voor de hele Horeca! Vraag ik een pizza capriciosa met ipv de kappertjes en de ansjovis en een beetje extra champignons, extra pikante olie en of de pizza ev. zo kunne gesneden worden aan die jongeman, schrijft alles keurig op. Geen probleem, 20 min later is ie klaar (een hele tijd koud te worden op de toonbank en met 5 man personeel). Niet gesneden, geen pikante olie. Maar wel 2 euro extra voor dat ene champignontje extra . Mn pizza is nu volledig koud. Vond dit belangrijker...

Zeer lekker eten, correcte prijs, ondanks drukte toch snelle (30 min) bediening. Mijn aanrader: Pizza Calzone Fritti De enige opmerkingen is dat de bovenverdieping wel echt te warm is. Dit maakt het moeilijk om te blijven zitten na het eten. Bij het reserveren misschien best vragen naar een plaats beneden. Dit is reden voor 4 ipv 5 sterren.
