heaven hell

I like this place, the owner of the house is very nice, the sleeping room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. The only thing I dislike, it is because it is a house, not hotel, so they didnt offer tower or toothbrush.

BED BUGS BEWARE, AVOID! Disgusting no refund as promised. We booked a night at The Gery art gallery and entered what seemed like a nice room, after we pulled back the duvet and lay down we realised on the sheets there were bed bugs everywhere crawling on the duvet and on the sheets. We told the owner and pointed out the bed bugs he began to apologise and then pulled out his bed bug spray he had in the next room. He frantically began to spray the 50 or so bugs and told us \give me 5 minutes\. Sorry but you cannot simply get rid of bed bugs in 5 minutes, you have to sun the mattress and use 24 hr cleaner to get rid of them. We were forced to book last minute accommodation as a result paying 200 euros and unfortunately in the short space of time the bugs got into our clothes and left horrible bites all over us. The owner assured us he would cancel the reservation and refund us and after 5 follow up emails he completely ignored out requests. AVOID!

De passage pour une nuit. Drôle d'accueil (pas de réception, le responsable nous accueil en pyjama mais n'en es pas moins aimable et sympathique), mais literie de qualité, bonne odeur de propre dans la chambre. La vue depuis la chambre est un avantage non négligeable. La salle de bain est commune, mais propre. Prix très abordable, je recommande pour un court passage a Namur.
