Worst service from a car dealer i have ever encountered. Everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong.... and no attempt to resolve.... let alone help. we bought a brand new car.... and got it with damage to the paint and several items missing. trying to resolve this, they invite us in for a service 4 weeks later to fix and when we arrive no one knows about the appointment, we have to explain what needs to be done, they suddenly tell us they need to keep the car for several days without any previous mentioning or alternative ride offered.... and of course.... no one but the sales team speaks any other language than French! Even calling them and no one picks up in any department other than sales..... All in all, the worst customer service i have ever encountered!

Suite à un accident en droit, réparation de ma voiture impeccable (carrosserie) alors que je n'étais pas client chez eux auparavant. Contact avec l'atelier carrosserie très cordiale. Véhicule de remplacement fournit très correct (Ford Fiesta assez bien équipée). Points moins positifs : Accueil un peu froid, on ne sait pas s'ils nous ont vu ou si simplement ils nous ignorent Difficile de les avoir au téléphone, après avoir persévéré cette après-midi impossible de les toucher, il perde malheureusement un client pour l'entretien :/

Cela s est passez en Juillet, très mal reçu, vendeur arrogant, nous à meme conseillé d aller voir chez les concurrents, c'est ce que nous avons faits.

C'est du gros ZÉRO !!! Service aux client ZÉRO !!! Amabilité ZÉRO !!! confiance aux clients ZÉRO !!! a éviter sauf si vous avez pas le choix ... mon père est client Ford depuis 60 ans moi depuis 20 ans je pense sincèrement changer de marque de voiture ... et comme on ne sais pas repondre a votre réponse.... je suis client a Soignies ( première achats en 1968 mon père) qui est un très bon garage comparé a celui de Mons personnel beaucoupplus agréable... les avis sont a l'image de votre service ZÉRO...
