A good store but customer service is severely lacking. We had a problem with one of the items not scanning correctly. We pressed the request assistance button but no one arrived, they were too busy talking amongst themselves to notice, eventually we had to go and find someone to verify the price. We were met with a level of disdain and lack of interest that is not becoming for one of europe's biggest supermarket chains, after a good 5 minutes of the person calling people and asking colleagues who were not interested in helping, i left to ask another member of staff what was going on. Eventually it was rectified, but a good 10 minutes later. Self checkouts are supposed to be faster and more efficient, when it takes over 10 minutes to verify 1 single price, this renders the convenience of self checkout useless.

Well-arranged and well-organized store with variety of goods. I love Bebé area! I could find any baby related goods there at once. There were many customers at casher but they had a staff to guide people so the lines go fast.

One of the largest grocery stores I've been to in Europe. Really too big but you will find almost everything you need here.

Rude staff, the discounts never apply automatically so you have to queue. Today the staff closed 15 minutes early and closed the shutter in my face instead of sorting out the problem. Disgusting.
