Really dissapointed... I gave them laptop for keyboard cleaning after sweet fluid spill. Job was done, but I would never expect that I will receive it back with two keys totally destroyed (one broken in half!?) only arranged at their position and explanation, that it is ok and I can use glue for it. At least, the clausule about possible accidental damage during service, I had to sign before, make sense now...

Mister Genius Mechelen delivers a very bad service and has a highly unprofessional team. I sent them my phone for a simple screen replacement and they sent it back after 5 long months arguing they couldn't find the proper screen for my phone or that it is not repairable (which is not true). I called them multiple times to get informed about the reparation but all they could give me were excuses and blame it on their supplier or the pandemic. No solutions. In addition to that, they are very pricy. They would charge me 230. I finally get it repaired else where for a hundred euros less. And I am still waiting for the 20 I paid for the diagnostic, which they said they would refund. I will never come back again, for sure.

Asked for a full hd matte dispaly change. First gave a full hd non matte. When asked for replacement ordered a non hd matte. Due to low quality replaced back to full hd non matt, but lose money. Didn't admit their mistake.

My Laptop reparation is ok , two stars until I receive the missing SD card you promised you'll send!! UPDATE No I didn't lose it elsewhere !!!! this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable, Olivier took my address and He said he will send anther one by Post Now it's just one star

Very good repairshop when it comes to quality and service. I went there to repair my phone which had (like a lot of people) a hard coded Spiederweb App (Busted Screen). The person kept me in the loop about the process and notified me when it was repaired and when i could pick it up. The work was excellent. I speak from experience when I tell you that there are some people out there not very commited to deliver a repaired phone with which you are satisfied. Definitly recommended. I have for this phone no frame of reference ( Samsung Galaxy S8) but it cost me at that time 260 to repair it. I gladly payd it since i realize that i wont have to come back again (and because my workplace took over the Invoice :))
