We booked a 2 rooms mobile house here, during weekend (7-10 August). We decided to leave it earlier because of the poor conditions. I gave them 2 stars for the lake and playgrounds for kids but overall it was a miserable experience. The rooms did not appear to have been cleaned. On a mattress were leftover food and the table, the couch and the kitchen were full of dust. The mattresses on the beds are extremely old (decades) and have probably not been cleaned for several years. The bed linen received from the reception was very old and with holes from place to place. At the entrance to the house you are struck by an old and terrible smell and the insects roamed freely through the rooms. The entire campsite was extremely crowded despite the restrictions imposed due to the virus. The owners rented every inch of grass, the tents were almost glued together. In the indoor pool, people were less than half a meter from each other. At the lake, in the area destined for the beach, an individual found it suitable to fish even though there were enough children in the water. On the first night, at midnight I still could not sleep because of the noisy neighbors but also because the houses are very close to each other and the sound insulation does not exist. On the second night at the restaurant on campus there was a concert (cheap, commercial and poorly sung music) that lasted until after midnight, and the noise covered the entire campus. Although it was 30 degrees C outside, we had to close the windows to sleep. All this in the conditions in which most of the tourists were there with little kids. It was the most unpleasant vacation ever. The score that this property has is deserved, even indulgent. And negative reviews are as accurate as possible. I booked though because I still hoped it might not be so bad. The price (408 Euro for 3 nights) is completely unjustified.

Great facilities but awful accommodation. The pool is nice and the indoor beach is great, really cool. The lake is nice although a bit dirty (rubbish alongside) We stayed in a 4 person chalet and it was disgusting, dirty walls, broken cupboards, peeling paint, cracks in tiles and boiling hot with no fan or air con and not even a fly screen to open the doors and windows. So so disappointed

Campsite has nice grass pitches some shady some sunny. Pitches on the forest side are quieter and shadier than the ones in the middle. Toilet facilities are rundown and could do with an upgrade but they are functional and get cleaned several times a day. Haven't tried the indoor pool yet. The shop was disappointing. Shelves were rather empty. Good location for cycling.

The park (including the houses) is old and could be renewed. The house could have a vacuum cleaner, but the food at the restaurant was very good, personal was friendly and my kids enjoyed every second. We liked the fact that there are many playgrounds spread around the park, every 30 m there was a playground for the kids. We leave the park happy )

Good place to have a rust and to visit Belgium with your family or with friends and groups The parking closed at 11 pm so be careful if you have a visitor.
