Notified the police several times about us not feeling safe with our elderly neighbour; for good reasons, even received a threat letter from him. We have been told twice that the community police officer will be notified and that we should expect a visit. Not once did it actually happen. We were told by the front desk to call if he bothers us again, but whenever we notified them, they always said it wasn't needed to call the police. I guess we will have to wait until something happens to our family before they take action.
