I ordered a used Nikon lens from Photogalerie after reading the description on their webpage describing the lens condition as 9/10. I decided to buy it from Photogalerie instead of Ebay (even though it was around 100 Eur cheaper on Ebay) in order to avoid getting a bad copy. It took 8 days for the lens to arrive. First thing that I noticed after taking the lens out of the box was grease fingerprints all over it and something that looked like food remains on the focus ring. I took my cleaning kit and cleaned it completely before putting it on my camera, but that's something a serious camera store would do before selling a few hundred Eur worth lens. As I was cleaning the lens I noticed the loud clunky noise coming from the inside every time I moved it. I also felt the inside of the lens moving and banging on the plastic edges every time it is leaned. I contacted the store and complained about the state of the lens, but they never responded.

un commerce d'expérience, je suis photographe depuis plus de 20 ans et j'ai toujours eu de très bon conseils, le personnel est formé avec qualité, certains sont eux même photographie, donc même pour une simple question allez y en toute confiance ! ils sont tout le contraire de la grande surface, ou le vendeur en guise de conseil vous lira le dos de la boîte....
Dieu sait que les temps sont particuliers pourtant c'est avec légèreté, compétence et cordialité que j'ai été reçu. A la recherche d'un objectif spécifique, une pièce d'occasion m'a immédiatement été proposée plutôt que l'élément neuf forcément plus onéreuse. Moralité, quelques centaines d'euros épargnées et un client satisfait. À la prochaine fois!
