Be warned - never return a car without full insurance to this AVIS Leige train station office. You will be a 'sitting duck' for a massive bill cruelly billed on your credit card on your return home. They will find the most minor of scratches on a wheel hub cap or on the boot where luggage comes out - that you would not have even registered as anything possibly worthy to note on first inspection, which you haven't done as best to your knowledge and then argue 'black and blue' with you that you have destroyed their car. After upsetting the family, they will 'let you go' telling you that they will not bill you. One week later, USD1200 will be on your credit card. This business will then ignore your emails. Just terrible.
Absolute thieves. Agree with previous reviews. When asked if I was insured (which I was) they charged me 205 for damages which were clearly not there.

Agence à éviter!! Mon expérience rejoint celle d'autres clients mécontents avec les mêmes problèmes. L'état des lieux de départ est expéditif et efficace, mais les agents ne manquent pas de faire un état des lieux vraiment très (voire trop) minutieux à la fin de la location. De fait ils vont réussir à trouver des dégâts qui n'étaient pas indiqués à la prise du véhicule, et qui bien sûr vous incombent (même si ce n'est pas réellement le cas). Par la suite, même si vous contestez les dégâts, ils vous débitent le montant de la réparation sur votre carte de crédit!! Après plusieurs contacts infructueux avec le service Clientèle rien n'y fait. A éviter donc!
Agence efficace avec personnel très sympathique. Même les conseils touristiques était très bons.
