Excellent. I had one grandfather clock and one pendular clock repaired. Craftsmanship and customer service have been flawless and prices more than reasonable. Furthermore, Jean-Marie Louis helped me find a specific retro wrist watch by Omega I had been searching for my Dad as his had been stolen but had high emotional value. He explained which details to pay attention to when buying retro watches (e.g. Omega engraving in specific parts of the watch that are often exchanged and thus not original parts), serviced and polished the watch, found a suitable wristband and had a personal message engraved on the back of the watch. All in all, I believe that Jean-Marie Louis is not only a very talented and dedicated artisan but also an honest salesman highly valuing his customers.
