The hairdresser that served me was really nice, she spoke great English and did a good job. Completely upfront about the price from the beginning so no unpleasant surprises, quality products and pleasant service. They also work without appointments, which comes in handy since I found it rare to have a salon in Leuven that works without appointments but does a nice job as well

I had the very impulsive thought of cutting my hair short so one day I summoned up my courage and walked in. mind you the last time I went to a hairdresser was when I was about 15 and they completely ruined my hair so I was obviously very nervous about this. They were very accomodating and reasuring I walked out a happy woman with shoulder lenght hair that felt lighter than it ever had. That being said about a year later I went back and got a different stylist who gave me a playful layered bob that I still absolutely adore. The YES stylists are professional, and very nice it was a pleasant experience that helped me get over my distrust at people cutting my hair.

Definitely worth a 5 out of 5 star review! Quality and service were amazing! Emily was my stylist and she was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to understand my needs. She also made sure I loved my hair by the end and she really took the time to make it perfect! The salon has a chic atmosphere and you can't go wrong with the prices! I am very happy with my overall experience and I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great quality at an affordable price! :)
Pricey but they know what they're doing. For a chain business they had exceptionally well trained hairdressers, worth the small wait. The method they used was like nothing I've ever seen before, but extremely thorough and the result was fantastic. You have a selection of drinks available while waiting, there's a nice set of books and good WiFi available.
At least, the best hairstylist in Belgium if not in the whole world!
I once coloured my hair kind of light purple, but the colour keeps on coming out even after two months .. i thought the first few months weeks was normal but it keeps on coming out even after months . Then I went back to colour it again ( asked the same colour) but the result was totally something else. They coloured it totally dark even I chose the same colour. I was very much dissapointed with this SALON YES . This will be last .. never going back. They already once damaged my long hair and now again even I thighbt might do better ... if I want to have quality then this is absolutely not the right salon.
