A decent place for a regular dinner. Most prominent tastemaker in many dishes is the cheddar cheese, aside from that it's pretty bland. However, if you don't like strong/authentic flavours and spices, Vera Cruz is worth a visit.

It was okay. Food isn't really Mexican. They have Fajitas but they are not authentic. Personal is not really friendly. You have to wait long for the services. They don't have a good ventilation system to clean the air. After you and your clothes smell of food.
I have been to this restaurant since childhood. 15 years ago, it was really good. It is shocking to see how it got worse. The staff is the most unfriendly ever, especially towards our children. The food is nothing special. And the fact that you still cannot pay with a card in 2019 is not acceptable. Last time.
Horrible service!!!!!!! To bad I can’t give a 0! Waiting almost half an hour to be able to order... when you finally have your food watch out if you wanna order extra drinks or sauce ‘cause it will arrive at your table 20 minutes later (the restaurant wasn’t even half full!!!!!)... the worst is the small waiter with glasses: be prepared to get the most annoying and awful faces every time you wanna ask for the simplest thing like another glass of water or just guacamole... this was for real the first time I felt guilty to want to order food in a damn restaurant!!!! Bad bad bad... the saddest part of all... the food was not even worth this whole hell!
The food at Vera Cruz was great. Though I am not an expert on Mexican cuisine, I thought the food seemed authentic and nicely presented. The decor was very nice as well. Not overly decorated, but neatly fitting the theme of the restaurant.
Some years ago we came here and found it a very tasteful restaurant. But now the food was just okay, not very special. Cash only
Nice food! Staff was friendly towards us.
Unfortunately we have not read reviews before going... We had to wait for one hour and a half for the food. Staff was not explaining why, and not saying sorry to everyone around us in the same situation - we even made friends because we were all starving to death while laughing, trying not to cry! We have ordered two rare steaks and they brought two over cooked ones, meat without flavour. Price would be ok for a good service and good food, but in this situation, way too much... Advice: stay away!
