I kind of liked the overall environment and breakfast but one of the ports for charging wasn't working.

Location and friendliness ok. Elsewise it feels like a prison.

Absolutely not the best hostel experience I've had. No Wi-Fi access in the rooms (the connection is very weak. Gets disconnected when every few minutes). Lack of basic accessories like proper bed sheets. Just an old blanket thin as a sheet of paper. Weird house rules and penalty system absolutely inadequate to the overall room quality. 70Eur fee for checking out from a "dirty" room? That's more than the value of everything it contains. Plus for a 4 people placement only 3 A/C power sockets are available and one of which is situated not more than 40cm below the ceiling. Even though the hostel only provides breakfast they reserve a right to charge additional costs if you dare to bring your own food / drinks there. So just to sum up: Pro: convenient location next to the train station Cons: -hints of fungi/mold in the shower -‎very poor room quality -‎poor Wi-Fi situation -‎no bedsheets -‎it's constantly cold despite radiator working on full power -‎thin blankets instead of bed sheets -‎window frames are leaking in cold air even though fully closed -‎basic room amenities restrict to: 4 beds, 2 chairs, 1 desk and a wardrobe. That is literally it -‎breakfast option is really basic and unbalanced: 2 types of ham, 1 type of cheese, few types of bread, yoghurt and careal -‎no trash can in the room except for a tiny 4l bin in the toilet

Nice rooms and everything but no kitchen and not allowed to bring food. Quite disappointed also by the noise on ground floor with the people smoking and yelling just in front of the windows. Maybe a little barrier or a place further away than this from the room would have been better.

Would recommend. The staff is very friendly. Prior to my stay, I was in contact via email with them and they always replied extremely quickly. Once I got there, they were very smiling and helpful. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable (my friend thought it was a bit hard for his liking), and we had a restroomshower in our room (6-bed room). All-you-can-eat breakfast was simple, but good: coffee, hot chocolate, tea, toasted bread, jam, nutella,... I was satisfied with it, as was my friend. Only one thing was slightly inconvenient: to save energy, it is required to place your key-card in a slot in your room (this is common in many hotels/hostels that are for ecological sustainability). However, it was an issue when I wanted to charge my laptop whilst walking around the city: I couldn't leave my key-card in the room then. This was mentioned to the staff and they are aware of this, they mentioned that one possibility would be to ask for an extra card. I do not see this as a real solution, as then someone could just leave the extra card in the slot "always" and leave the lights on and all that... There should be another solution.
