Regarding Thomas Morus: Giving this 1 star, only because you can't give 0. International students, if you plan on treating Thomas Morus as a full-time residence, don't EVER order packages to be delivered to your residence. These regularly get stolen and TM refuses to take any responsibility. Also, if you value any sort of privacy in your room, look elsewhere. The walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear what your next-door neighbour is saying. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR STUDENT TAX PAID BACK! It is not uncommon for them to say they have paid back your student tax, even when they haven't. They are great at hounding you if there is anything they need from you, but as soon as you need something from them, they just disappear and are nowhere to be found/reached. Finally, repairs take ages to be fixed.

Even when the virus is going around, they don't want to help the people who have a hard time. They are not willing to reduce the rent even when al the other Companys do
I'll give them one stars because it is impossible to give zero. Lousy experience all around. I would recommend you to look elsewhere
The worst accommodation I ever lived so far. Sometimes no electricity, heating, everything is broken. Nice that they offer furnished rooms, but it was so poor that most of the people had to buy their own stuff. Not even mentioning that my bed was broken and had sleeping issues. Communication was terrible, I still have some emails which were never answered. Do NOT go there unless you have no other options!!!!
Rude staff. Wont even respond once they have your money. DO NOT GET A ROOM FROM THEM.
Residence in Paul Lebrunstraat 24: Continuous stuff to be repaired as electric bulbs and radiators or sink in the kitchen, dirty room full of dust, cleaning service almost absent as once a week for a bathroom served for 10 people is not enough. Not efficient garbage service. The office should do more in meeting tenant needs. If something improve I will change that review.
Firstly, the communication is horribe. Secondly, the housing is the state of Stalingrad in 43' only a bit worse. Constantly there were problems with electricity, water, heating..you name it. Take picture of EVERYTHING before you move in because they will find a way to blame you for anything. Although it is cheap it is too expensive for what it offers, if you have any other alternatives for housing, even under a bridge, i would strongly recommend it.
Unfortunately there are mostly bad experiences regarding Studentcomfort. Overpriced accommodations in a really bad conditions (Paul Lebrunstraat) and the guy who was responsible for the communication was really hard to deal with. His behavior was inappropriate and sometimes even aggressive. Not suitable for international students.
