The parts I received came imprecise (far from /-1% accuracy), distorted, unfinished, unpolished, and not plated with the gold material I requested. When confronted, Anna from customer service pretends everything is fine, ignores all my points, provides zero explanations or apologies. What a waste of time and money!

I have visited once there during a field visit and this company provide us all solution for 3D printing. It's nice place as well as the staff members are very friendly and helpful.
The customer service is terrible. If something goes wrong with printing your order, do not expect to get an explanation/apology/refund. Part of the design was not printed and the finish was not polished as ordered. They still sent the item to me. I called them once and emailed three times, nothing happened.
