Delicious food! You can really pick & mix ingredients to create a meal of your own liking. The bowls are a bit pricey, but it kinda compensates with the amount you get. A medium bowl is more than plenty for 1 meal really. You can easily share a large bowl, or split it in two so you can enjoy it the next day. The service was friendly, but rather slow to my liking: including waiting in line (outside because of covid-19) it took roughly 23 minutes before I got my meal.

I like the poke bowl concept but I am not satisfied with the portions (size) they serve for the amount of money they charge. I’ve gone there few times to enjoy the salmon poke bowl, and every time regret eating there. I like getting the mix of rice/salad bowl, but for salad they used old iceberg lettuce. Very disappointing. They need to fill the bowl more with the ingredients for the customers!

LOVE this place. Delicious poke bowls just the way I had them in actual Hawaii. The only problem is that the portions in takeaway are smaller than dine-in :/ so I don’t do takeaway anymore. It’s just not cost efficient if you pay the same price for less food :)

Really really tasty and you can put together your own bowl. Now with the COVID-19 everything goes really flawless. Great place with nice decorations and nice lights etc etc

Recently my very favourite place to dine. I order very, very often. It is fairly cheap and fresh. The problem is that the online orders are confused quite often. Sometimes you have too little, sometimes too much. Once you even deliver the same order twice in a row (sic!). Do something about that guys because the food is amazing. Usually you don't have to wait that much time for the food even if it looks very busy from outside. Although inside is very, very warm.

I have ordered the bowl so many times but this night I had a bad experience. When I pay for the bowl, the machine said approval at the first time. But the girl said there is a problem with my card and she said she recognized me that my card also couldn't be used last time. But it is not true, I haven't done that before. From her attitude, it was like I knew my card has no money, and I didn't want to pay. I tried to paid again and the machine said declined. It is because two payments can't be too close. Then I was asked to get some cash. It was cold and dark outside and the weather was bad. I felt so unhappy. I checked the details of my card from my phone on the way. I found that I did pay 20 mins ago....... so bad
