I had a problems charging my phone and was ready to get the socket replaced. The owner of the shop quickly cleared up the dusty socket and the phone was back to normal. He didn't charge me at all. Thanks a lot!

Be warned that you pay 60 Euro forfait for diagnostics, no matter if the item is repaired or not. This is clearly communicated at the onset, so no surprises, but I find the price tag hefty. We ended paying the forfait, but the conclusion was the repair would be too costly.
I payed for a minor fix, but what I ended up with is the issue still not fixed and on top of that half of USB ports stopped working (even though they were previously) with many of the screws missing on the inside.
Well I brought my laptop to the shop and they took 60 euro for diagnostics right away saying that they would deduct it from the fixing. After a while i got a call saying that motherboard is fried and i need a fix of cost around 400-600 euro and a month of the time. After around a month i had to call my self twice to get to the people who finally told me that they cannot fix it.
Very efficient and professional staff. The service was perfect, they offered options that were more affordable to me to bring my phone back to life! I am really happy with the service, the quality and the price. I highly recommend them.
