We bought some products online and paid for delivery. After a week, we got no information on the delivery (like a tracking code or expected delivery time) nor the products. I emailed them twice and called once. After they insisted that the products were correctly delivered, further investigation and 4 days later, I got a call that the products were delivered somewhere else (not my mistake). They asked me to go and pick them up myself because they could not come over from Kortrijk to fix their mistake. The wrong building is not nearby. I am now waiting for the reimbursement...
