Avoid at all costs getting shipments with DPD! I was supposed to get my new MacBook from Bol.com. It said it would arrive on Tuesday, then it said “can’t recognise the address, so it’s shipping back”, then it said it’s getting shipped again to me on Wednesday. In the end, they delivered it to a RANDOM PERSON in the city center on a totally different address and that stranger was kind enough to bring it to me cause the details were on it. Seriously... this is not how a delivery of 1000 should happen. Avoid them!

Service is horrible! Last week the driver delivered a parcel that was not for me. It took me ten minutes to explain he had not read the house number correctly. This morning I again find a note telling me I was not at home. I have not ordered anything and I don't know the name of the person mentioned on the non delivery note. Moreover this person is supposed to pick up their parcel in a town more than 12 km from where I live, whereas there is a pick-up point at 4 km distance.

I live in Zonnebeke, packages sent via DPD are never delivered to my home address. No attempt is made by the driver to deliver at the home address. The latest package has been delivered a week ago to a dentist in Beselare (6 kilometers away), we think. The dentist is too busy to check today comeback tomorrow he says. We only discovered this by contacting our supplier re non delivery of the item. What a c*** service from DPD

I have ordered a package and they have never delivered it. The status remains as \In the depot\ kortrijk. After several calls they kept on saying that they will deliver it but they never do. I have then called the supplier and also they called but they also gave the same message that they will deliver it but they just never do. The status remains the same. The fact that they never deliver is already bad enough but they even do not bother to give a status update or even admit that they have lost it. Avoid this delivery service at all costs! Luckily the supplier where I ordered it was willing to refund the amount so no complaints there, the supplier (webshop) was very helpfull.

Merci pour l'incompétence de votre livreur qui n'est pas capable de trouver une adresse, et en plus de renseigner que le colis m'a été livré alors que je n'aie rien reçu j'espère la prochaine fois être livré par une personne plus compétente . Dommage pour la réputation de Dpd de devoir travailler avec de pareilles personnes un client très insatisfait en plus deux fois 12 minutes au téléphone à 0,30

Spijtig dat mensen hier enkel negatieve commentaren posten. Meestal met taalfouten wat erop wijst dat ze hun adres wel juist kunnen spellen. Ik stel voor dat jullie straks op het balkon staan en applaudisseren voor de zorg. Transport in deze tijden doet toch niks. Het enige dat ik hier zie : 50 pakjes iet geleverd\... 11000 (per dag) wel. We doen ons best.

Rampzalig het depot van Kortrijk. Pakjes worden niet aangeboden en zomaar terug gestuurd naar de afzender terwijl alles klopt. Tevens is ons telefoonnummer vermeld op de zending. Ze worden ook niet naar een afhaalpunt gestuurd. gewoon direct terug naar de afzender. Bijna wekelijks worden zo pakketten terug gezonden. Bellen naar de klantendienst lost niks op. Echt rampzalig
