Watch out for these scammers! They are not transparent about the prices of their services. Offer a \good deal\ but then add tons of hidden costs that will easily double the total cost once they are finished. Have told them regularly I'm not interested anymore in their services but they have kept calling me weekly for more than two years now!

So I get the feeling the company is not fully transparent in how they operate and if it continues they will start to loose market share. We arranged to have their unit installed in our house. After installation salt water leaked all through our basement. The technician came and said he didn't find a leak (this is obviously not the full story from AquaService) said that there was nothing wrong and put it back in service. Of course after a few days it leaked everywhere again with salty water. They came and changed the unit and said didn't know why this happened. Then the new unit leaked salty water everywhere again but this time worse than the first time. Now I have a technician replacing it as we speak now but he tells me there is an issue with the model that they have installed and they see leaks sometimes but the new one will never leak... I ask what is the difference in the model and the guy says nothing. Its the same only the colour is different. The dishonesty is extremely disappointing and now i am having a replacement unit (which is apparently identical but a different colour) installed but they cannot explain to me what is different nor why this new one will not leak... Happy to sell a faulty unit and replace it twice. Now lets hope that the salt is not going to damage my house because AquaService is going to have more than just simply a faulty unit to replace... I would if I had my time again go with another company. Lets see how the new one goes though...

Concerned about the newly installed machine salt consumption, a technician was sent. The guy was the most unprofessional, unrespectful & rude service technician Ive ever met. Not only he didn’t check the water salt levels or the machine but he also felt entitled to be condescending towards me and accused me of wanting free bags of salt. Who cares about a bag of salt when a more than 1000 machine doesn’t work!! Needless to say, I’ve sent a complaint to Aqua service about this man and I never received a reply from them.
