Used AGS Coussaert 6 years ago for our moving from Belgium to Japan. Chaotic packing in Belgium by subcontractors (nothing to say about unpacking/packing in Japan), incomplete listing of our boxes/furniture (so no correct insurance coverage) and no responsability taken by the Company when we claimed compensation. To avoid if you are looking for professionals!

THE WORST MOVERS!!Be Aware DO NOT USE THEM! AGS was the moving company that took care of our final move-in portion in Belgium (shipment coming from USA). They were just terrible. First of all the crew showed up without the tools to open the container! We had to ask a neighbor to lend us his equipment to break the seal. Secondly the crew was so lazy and forced us to get a lift (although the first floor was included in our contract). Third of all the \VIP\ service of putting everything in its place was horrific. They stacked things anywhere (dishes in the sink, on top of light fixtures!!). They also opened boxes before they were in the appropriate room and dragged the furniture so that expensive beautiful furniture got damaged and they also damaged our rental unit. Lastly it took them 4 months to send an invoice for \additional charges\ which we can no longer get refunded because of their incompetence. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT USE THEM AND ASK YOUR SHIPPING COMPANY IF THEY USE THEM LOCALY AS MOVERS!

I recently moved from Belgium to Germany and the pickup of my goods went smoothly. My assessment was done in less than an hour and the movers arrived early on 7 Aug and had everything packed up in about four hours. However, once I found a place to live in Germany the rest of my experience was less than ideal. I informed AGS Coussaert of my new address on 12 Sep and they told me they would contact AGS Koblenz to arrange for the delivery of my goods. I called and emailed repeatedly to find out the status and was always told the same thing on the phone, \we are waiting to hear back from Koblenz.\ Not only that, they never once replied to an email. After being strung along with no progress I called AGS Koblenz on 4 Oct. When I spoke to them and gave them my information, they told me they didn't have my address nor were they aware that that they were supposed to deliver my goods. Two hours later I was made aware of my new POC in Koblenz and that they would be picking up my goods from Belgium the following week. My goods finally arrive on 15 Oct. It amazes and baffles me how poorly Coussaert handled my move as it's clear that they made no effort to move my goods to Germany and if I hadn't contacted Koblenz myself I would still be waiting. Ironically enough, as soon as my goods were delivered I finally received an email from Coussaert. It was my bill for two months of storage. My time in Belgium was less than ideal and this issue really sums up my overall experience. They will make no effort to assist (do their job) you but when it comes to getting paid they want it immediately. Granted I'm aware that I owe them for storage but not for two months. If they had done their job i wouldn't have had to wait an additional month to get my stuff. If it was possible to give them 0 stars i would!

Used AGS for a move from Nairobi to Brussels. Kenyan team was good, respectful and responsive. Belgian team have been awful. Removal team opened container without my presence, checked off all boxes without giving me the opportunity to count them. Result: at least 1 box missing but I cannot identify the number because all were ticked off! Several items were broke during unpacking by the team and some were damaged during transport. Insurance claim placed but no response for over 5 weeks, despite several emails and phone calls. Terrible customer service. Am still waiting...

We finally received the refund for external lift which was not used on delivery, but was prepaid. Though it took so long. Anyway thanks for AGS quality control management.

Appalling. 1)\tShipment •\tOnly two persons were sent on the day of packing for a four bedroom house. Both my partner and I had to arrange for a second day’s leave at very busy times in our own work schedules to accommodate a second day of packing. If there were insufficient numbers to attend to our needs on the day arranged, an alternative date should have been set. •\tThe size of container was significantly under-estimated and it took approximately one month (perhaps longer) to move the household goods to a larger container which could accommodate all our items. 2)\tAir Freight •\tThe office claimed that they could not transfer goods from Tanzania until certain paperwork had been filed from Brussels, causing a delay to the original planned pick up date. This has proven unfounded. All these components have resulted in a lose lose situation for my family. We anticipate delivery time of four months for shipment (Tanzania to Belgium) perhaps longer and it has been over 4 weeks for air freight with no sign of our goods as yet. In the meantime, we have no beds, linen, kitchen equipment or even winterwear. I am also 7 months pregnant with twins. This was not the service that was promised nor expected. I shall not be using AGS in future and I shall actively discourage colleagues, friends and family from using AGS. Every complaint has been met with silence.

We had an international move from Brussels to New York and we used AGS - the communication was terrible. Rarely returned calls or emails. When our shipment arrived - a whole box was missing. We have been trying for a week now to reach AGS to track this missing box through email and phone and no response. Really unbelievable how terrible their service is. BEWARE!
