The burgers was great to be honest. It surprised us. They use a perfect buns and the beef are tasty. We just concern about the lack of hospitality and cleanliness on the table. (they need more staff)

This is my favorite place to eat burgers. I always come back even though i don’t live in Belgium. My favorite is classic jack. The sauce for fries tastes amaaaazing!! I really recommend it.
Low price! Recommended for students. Cosy seats inside and outside.
The place is in the food heart quarter of Antwerp, a nice, busy and colorful area full of restaurants, cafes, souvenirs and bakery shops. The place is nice, workers are kind and it has a small dining area outside, to enjoy good weather in sunny days. The food is really tasty and genuine, portions are big enough and the concept line is very nice. They also have discounts for students. A nice place to eat tasty hamburgers and fries, I advice you to go!
Forgot the name of the burger but it was the one with the bacon cheese and Japanese mayonaise...Also enjoyed the big fries with the spices.. Jack's definitely ranks high in my burger joints .. I'll be back to try another one!
We ordered medium burgers, but this is apparently not possible because they make them in a machine, all at the same time. They would have had to reprogram it to produce medium. Instead the patty was dead dry and actually crispy. The whole thing only tastes of the sauce and a little bit of bread, which by itself is nice for a burger. The fries are not homemade, but rather and industrial product they buy, which they told me when I asked if they make them. For a burger place that advertises artisanal products and local meat, this is unacceptable. They offered to redo the medium burger, but we would have to wait for half an hour until all other orders are done because they only have the one machine. If you like a good burger, go somewhere else. McDonald's would have tasted more and been way cheaper.
Sophisticated, delicious burger. Too bad that the you have to order at the counter.
