Overall bad experience, As some people have mentioned in the other reviews, I also left my space better then I received it, but ended up being slapped in the face with extra clean up and repair charges. The studios are old and somewhat in disrepair, the flooring is half carpet half vinyl from 1991 when the building was built, the appliances are old, the heating is electric which will bump your electric bill, the bathrooms are old and impossible to get completely clean as they would like you to. They took the covid measures as a way to charge renters fees that they would not have charged otherwise. not to forget that there's a clause in the contract saying they can go into your space whenever they need to. Which in my opinion is a violation of your private sphere, since they would even do check ups to see if the room is clean enough, so they have something against you once you leave and can thus remove a part of your security deposit. They're also quite expensive for the derelict 16 sqm studios that they are. If you can, go elsewhere.

Good studios, quite and comfortable. Recommended for students of the ULB & VUB. The old building has a bit bigger studios than the new one. But either of those buildings are good
Recommend for students and researchers in ulb and vub. Feels like home.

Très mauvaise expérience.. Malgré le concierge qui répare rapidement lorsqu'il y a un problème, et est agréable, le studio que j'ai eu était sale (toiles d'araignées, toilettes dégoutantes, araignées, chewing gum et trace d'huile sur les murs...). À cause du covid l'état des lieux se fait à distance lorsque l'on rend le studio. Du coup facilement possible de payer des frais supplémentaires alors que je l'avais nettoyé bien mieux que lorsque j'avais eu le studio à mon arrivée. Je suis très déçue d'une telle arnaque... Cher pour pas top au final
