I posted a complaint about missing screws yesterday, and today they put it back. Idk if its on purpose or just human error, i hope mr genius would fix its sop so it wont happen again. alas, 175eu for 1 day service is a bit expensive for students, but their hospitality is great

Slow service, but strongly customer-focused. I spilled some water on my laptop and my keyboard was not working anymore. So I went there and asked for a keyboard change. They made the diagnostic and then ordered the new keyboard. Unfortunately, they changed the keyboard layout (I had a qwertz original and they put me a azerty). When I came to pick up the laptop, I discovered it and complained. They offered me to change the laptop keyboard with a new quertz one, but this would have taken some time, because of a new order and non-standard. So I had to wait three weeks more, and then when I picked it up, I discovered that the only thing they did was to place some stickers on the different keys. I complained and they explained to me that it was not possible to receive a non-belgian keyboard into Belgium through the official laptop producer website site. So, as a form of compensation, they reimbursed me part of the originally-agreed cost of the keyboard replacement.

Super impolite and aggressive guy. I tried to explain the problem with my phone in French. Cause (ici on parle français) was the message. And he didn't let me finish. Very unpleasant experience. I went to another shop in chaitlain where they solved the problem in 5 minutes. Don't go here!

They refuse to disclose their prices on the phone and force you to go to their store to run a useless expensive diagnostic. Stay away... There is a reason why their reviews are so low compared to the competition.

Very poor service. They proudly claim to be \techniciens professionnels\ but the only professional thing they do is to pick money from your wallet without any reason. I paid 60 for a completely useless diagnostic, I just had a broken charger. He could just try a new charger straight away without pay the diagnostic and drop my laptop there for a week. Loudmouth and ridiculous. Highly unrecommended.

I brought this morning my daughter's Iphone to repair the screen. They called me saying that the button of the Iphone was also damaged. The button was working perfectly until l brought this phone to their shop. I had to pay 100 euro for the screen replacement despite the button damaged. I wonder which technical resources they employ to assist their clients. I would not recommend this place and this is the last time I will request assistance from this company.
