Ordered with Uber Eats at 8.30PM. We waited 30min then the order was assigned to a delivery man who waited 30min then he canceled the order, the order was assigned to another delivery man who waited 20min. That delivery man called me to tell me the order wasn't there and probably picked up by someone else then he give me the restaurant on the phone, the guy from the restaurant pretended to not hear me and hanged up the phone. I tried the recall both the restaurant and the delivery man several times but nobody picked up the phone because it was now the end of their services and the restaurant probably just forgot to do my order. The order was suddenly cancelled on the app and we had to eat pasta after 2h of wasted time. A bunch of incompetent and impolite.

To be honest, for a frozen meat and a burger that taste like McDonald's it's a bit expensive. I mean I like fast food, but at least they don't charge you 15 euros for it. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 just because it was delivered so that might be why burger king tastes like gourmet in comparison. I guess eating in the place makes the difference otherwise the other reviews are made either by bots or by people who ate concrete until now.

Ordered for delivery with Uber Eats. Fries were ice cold. Meat was pink and uncooked. Nothing was good. I'm giving one star for the packaging otherwise really disappointed! Trying to support restaurants during these difficult times but come on!

I love the burgers, I love the poutine, and service is very friendly. A few weeks ago, they ran out of the \squeak-squeak\ - the proper poutine cheese. Rather than try to throw a fake cheese into the mix (Ontario style), they simply took it off offer - well done to stick to quality!

The vegan burger absolutely doesn't worth its price (16 euros). A tiny piece of tomato and salad and that's it.

Really disappointing. I was excited for this place given its reputation in Brussels but the food arrived cold, the fries were soggy, and the burgers were dry and almost tasteless. It’s like a worse, more expensive McDonald’s, or a worse, equally expensive Five Guys.
