Terrible customer service. Everything takes ages, not client oriented at all. They made the curtains too short (with their own measurements), after at least a month of waiting (after the businesses were again open post lockdown) finally came and took it for a repair and then were not even able to give a time when it will be ready. When I called to ask they said it is a tailor who determines when it will be ready as if they were not responsible. They were not able to give me any information, only suggested it will take a long time. They do not understand that when they are repairing their own mistake it should be a priority, not the last order in a queue. So, not only the product was not good, the service afterwards was really terrible. Never again. Go somewhere else where they will value your money and time. Not to mention that I told them I have difficulties to sleep without curtains in the bedrooms. They just don't care.

Excellent service. The measurements, execution, installation was all great. I would appreciate a bit more selection of the blackout curtains, but I'm very happy with what I have chosen. Thank you.

Bonjour, Nous n’avons jamais eu l’occasion d’être contactés suite à une demande d’offre. 09/09 Après un mail (avec confirmation de réception et transmission à un magasin) rien. 15/09 Après un mail de rappel (De nouveau, confirmation et transmission de notre demande d’offre) rien. A ce jour nous avons demandé d’annuler notre demande d’offre vue le manque de sérieux lors du traitement de la demande d’offre des clients. Clairement pas à la hauteur. Bien à vous Pour info, nous ne savons pas quel magasin était sensé nous répondre. Donc rien contre celui-ci en particulier.
Bon conseil, belle finition, et le poseur très pro et sympa. Un petit studio transformé en cosy apart et pour un prix raisonable. Je recommande
