Horrible service. They didn't deliver anything and they wrote \ delivered \ at their system. My order from etsy is lost. Waste of money and time. Avoid it.

Disgusting service in the company! The first order: the courier cannot ring the bell and immediately leaves, because of this, I received the package three days later. second order: on the company's website there is an error in the system when paying the fee and because of this I have to go to the service center to pick up the package myself and even three days later. by phone from the operator (Alexandro Nardulli) no help! only rudeness and incompetent communication.
Kind, fast, effective DHL express service in Brussels.
This is a DHL parcel shop, NOT a service point. So you can pay to send DHL parcels but you can't drop off pre-paid parcels (e.g. product returns). I learnt this after a fruitless trip here...
The place just offer DHL Express which is expensive, specially if you are planning to send something abroad. You are not able send normal parcels trought DHL.
Perfect DHL office where you can send ur box and mails to any place. But its not cheap
