I paid Glas Ceyssens Ltd 95% of the Contract Sum which was circa 115k up front. Glas Ceyssens Ltd have delivered (following lengthy and heated conversations and email exchanges) some but not all of the materials even though they have provided me with a vesting certificate. Glas Ceyssens Ltd have failed to respond to correspondence and return numerous phone calls regarding the installation of the glazing which was in essence pre-paid. The value of the installation is approximately 25%-30% of the Contract Sum. Glas Ceyssens is an unreliable company. Had I known what I do now about the way key staff at Glas Ceyssens operate I would have stayed away. Emmanuel Androulidakis
