Excellent service and very helpful and professional approach. I would thank Mr. Dolf (Dolf van de Ven) for all the help and advice he offered while the purchase of my new car. I can tell it without any doubt that his help in making a decision and also configuring a car which i wished is worth appreciating. The behavior of other staff also were very much friendly and jovial which i value a lot. The garage itself is very much child friendly and my daughter loved the time we spend there as she was happy with play/drawing corner. The delivery of the car was very swift and fast. Also during the time i was getting used to the new equipment, they were happy to assist by answering my doubts promptly. All together i can recommend Juma Leuven, with out any hesitation to anybody who wishes to try a BMW. Once again i thank Dolf for his professional as well as friendly approach and assistance. Very young car (bought in 2015 as a BMW the primiun selection) gets problem on the trunk. This is a issue caused by the poor performance on the vehicle parts in the trunk. (problem on the electrical lock). No replacement car offered during the repair. 189 EUR was charged. The reply form the JUMA after sales was very disappointed. ( They replied as \we cannot foresee what will break down on your car \ )

I received a call from Van Avondt after my complaint through SMS about the quality of services and the overcharge but still felt disappointed. They charged me the changing of tires with the cost of 200 euros. They calculated the time of changing was 133 minutes and then multiplied 6,5 euros per 5 minutes 200 euros. However, I calculated the total time I had waited to collect the car was just 35 minutes this morning. How smart they are! This incident reminded me of the May incident when my car was found a problem by Rotselaar technical control center (Van Avondt charged me 1000 euros for the fix) just after it had gone through the big maintenance 5 days earlier at the same place (with the cost of 900 euros). Besides, the employees at the front desk work exactly like robots, no emotion, no smile, and with dull voice of speaking. After all, I suspect the quality of both their services, the efficiency of employees and the unfair charges.
After suffering a puncture to a runflat tire we were forced to limp to this garage, while driving back from Bulgaria. I found them efficient and extremely helpful. Although they didn't have any tires in stock of the right type/size, they had sold one the day before and still had the previous customer's old tire. To my surprise they were happy to fit the 'old' tire to my car in order to get us home. We helped ourselves to some complementary pastries, tea and coffee in the waiting room. I was charged 50 for their time and the valve and whatever else grease monkeys use! They all spoke English beautifully and the mechanic was by far the friendliest.
