Good price-quality rate, friendly service and they speak Dutch, German and English as well. The communication, after paying, could have been a bit better. You do have to ask (instead they can also just tell you) where to leave your Kano at the end and where the bus leaves. We did the 2h kayak tour, around 16 pp. Transfer back to the parking (begin) is done by an old city bus and is included in price, you do have to wait up to 30 min sometimes. I will definitely come back, great river for beginners and just to have fun with friends.

We did the 10km tour. Very nice route, good price quality. A little understaffed on the desk at arrival and made a mixup with our booking. Everything worked out in the end. A definite recommendation but also room for improvement

They are really expensive, 20/pp for 10 km kayaking... We reserved by phone and they confirmed the amount of people and boats we would need, but on arrival they said we only reserved for 5 people instead of 11 so their was an internal communication failure. The boats were good though.

Warning : if the water level is not enough, you"ll could have a shitty kayak (obviously to avoid to damage immoderatly a recent one); so be smart, no compromises : either the Ourthe level is enough, or don't sail -except if you wanna bodybilt on the edge additionally. Besides, the sailing environnement is magnificent, the best I know till now. Don't except rapid and shit, we're in Belgium; the bus maybe can give you thrill while making you think to the movie «final destination». This is a hard job, mostly on hot days; be respectfull to workers. On 01-06-2017, the kayak 1#024 isn't ok.

Nice place, we booked 2 hours in advance on a busy day and they still had enough kayaks. They arrange transport upstream by bus, river is OK.
