This review is about the new location of the FNAC store, also situated in the Veldstraat. FNAC used to be cosy shop with 4 floors, but now it has turned into a 1-floor shop more like a bare bone warehouse. The collection has also trimmed down. When it comes to price, especially of DVDs, Blu Rays, CDs, books and general electronics you can find far better prices at other (online) retailers. Even when you apply for a membership card and receive a discount, it's still more pricey than other retailers, so shop wise and compare prices before you buy.

Customer service could be better.
Collection of PC & mobile phone collection is limited, not very professional and some case not very customer friendly! How a well established brand deal with customers like that I don't get any idea!!! However customer to customers and person to person it may vary.
Love this shop! Such a pleasure to have a shop where males can also stroll around to see the latest electronics / books / games / etc.

Really huge place to find anything related to technology such as cellphones, laptops, scooters, e-bikes, batteries, LCD, e-books, games.
Horrible customer service. Had my ultra glide e scooter for 3 month than broke down and been in service since end of February and on 13th of may I was told 3 to 4 weeks and till today finally after being on hold for 45 minutes I get told I should hear something , sometime next week. And get dismissed in store on top of all that as if buying an item online doesn't concern them. Quiet disappointing
