Persoonlijk advies, begripvol en professioneel. Dringen zich zeker niet op. Zo meldde ik later terug te komen na de parfum op mijzelf te spuiten. Dit om te testen of hij me wel ging. Dit was geen enkel probleem. Hun kennis over de producten is tevens zeer goed! Een zaak die een hele hoop zeldzame parfums in aanbieding heeft.

Ik wilde een geurkaars van 60 ruilen voor een andere geur, maar dat mocht niet van de zaakvoerster. Het product en de verpakking was nochtans niet beschadigd. Enkel een plastic folie rondom de doos was geopend, maar zoiets lijkt mij zeer makkelijk vervangbaar. Ik kocht er al meerdere geurkaarsen, maar nu ga ik er niet meer terug.
