We had a long day and wanted something good. This place was excellent,great service and very quick in preparation. All three of us were full and none of us finished our fries after finishing the burger we each had. Highly recommend!!! We had a good laugh with the lads serving who took time out to give us some handy tips about Ghent (best pubs )

Every time I visit Gent, I stop by this place. And meanwhile I talk about their burgers all the time. Yes, they are not cheap but totally worth every cent. Very good ingredients, really tasty. Transformer was our favourite burger. We can't wait to taste them again. Greetings from Romania!
We love this place. My husband (canadien, belgium, american) and me (swiss) had lots of burgers - never as good as from Pauls Boutique. Its very tasty, juyce meet, fresh green stuff , wonderfull breads, and just perfect fries - all this for very very good deal. Best Burger place in town - Belgium - Europe ;) we'll miss it a lot once we live in Switzerland. Please expand

4.5 Stars. Good burgers. Some even great! A little bit the victim of it's own succes. The place is not that big and can be crowded or the service a tad bit slower. They've got a alarm for when your order is ready. Trendy and mostly friendly staff. Not cheap, not expensive. For the price of the french fries (2.9 8 for sauce) the portions should be more royal.
Literally the best burgers I've ever eaten. Perfect atmosphere and the best service. Super interaction with the customers as well. Leave these guys a tip! Greetings from Germany!
