The general system is quite nice however I did have an issue with a very simple matter. I'm by no means average. That means that I'm slightly taller and have way more hair than most. When I was cashing in my ticket, I asked if my hair would fit in the helmet: \Yeah you're just an xl!\ Once I reached the track, I put the helmet on but after a couple of minutes, I couldn't breathe. I tried taking it off but no avail and asked for help. Instead of doing a track, I sat it out. I would have somehow expected the staff to ask if I was ok or maybe propose a refund (or maybe a drink) but nothing. I let my friends do their laps... Oh yeah interesting bit, a staff member asked me to wipe the make-up off the helmet... So in short, the technology is there but if you are not an average sized person, forget this place. The staff is correct but don't expect any customer service.
As nice as normal karting but without the smell :) People behind the bar are very friendly to and the circuit is challenging enough to be fun. You can do it with max 10 at a time but I wouldn't recommend it unless everyone has a similar level.
