Absolutely avoid this dishonest real estate agency offering contracting clauses that hide tremendous extra fees. We ended up with my three flatmates paying 1000 euros each of extra rental costs for a year (on top of those paid each month) because of a sneaky clause in the contract. We learned afterwards that they proceeded the same way with at least 5 former tenants in the building. Ps: they also tried to charge us 400 euros extra for the check out on top of all this, without any legal grounds. Unethical!

Une belle ****** bien rodée pour entuber les locataires. Quand un acteur économique puissant oppresse des locataires à coup de menaces de poursuites judiciaires pour le paiement de frais sans justification claire et précise, il y a un réel problème...
