Terrible experience! This company drives me insane. I have exported 2 trucks to Ukraine and now I am stuck for 3 weeks already in Custom Office because Optima Trucks didn't give me EUR1 documents on time/ They CAN NOT MAKE IT! They charged me 600 EUR!!!! for those papers and for 3 weeks they are telling me about corona virus and many holidays... In 15 years of buiyng trucks in Benelux I had NO PROBLEM with any company, now this is the first one. I better read reviews about this people before, because they are terrible. They refuse to pay back money for the papers they have not arranged and say that they don't care about clients who had bad experience buying trucks at their company....they just don't care.

Kupiłem auto od tej firmy na odległość Zapewniany byłem że jest wszystko ok. Wsiadać i jeździć. Dobrze że zamówiłem firmę transportową żeby przywieźli mi ten samochód ! Po przywiezieniu tego samochodu okazało się ze auto woziło jakieś betony, opony każda inna i do tego łysa sparciała, samochód nie chce palić ,problemy z ABS , akumulatory stare nie trzymają prądu. takim autem bał bym się przejechać 10 km a co mówiąc o 1300 km . Firma OPTIMA TRUCK to oszuści i krętacze . Właściciel zachowuje się jak PROSTAK . Gdzie Takim Złomem jechać w trasę. Sprawę daję prawnikowi !!! Nie można tak oszukiwać ludzi !!!
