I bought 2 simpel beds from them but when i opened them at home, they were not the same models that i saw in their store so I had to return them back. I went there and they took my bank number to pay me back. 1 mouth later and i didn't get the money back so i went there and he sead our accountant forgot to pay you back so he wrote down my bank number and my name again. But guess what i didn't received my money back again! so I went there again he sead our accountant forgot it Again and he's in vacation now so he get my information again. I didn't get my money back AGAIN!!! I saw in the internet that they closed the store so i forgot my money and i was hopeless... After 3 months I hear again that the store is open. So this time i went there and asked for my money... The same answer : our accountant forgot! I sead can you pay me in cash:he sead no... Then I asked to get some other things instead of my money... Again NO. So i insisted ...!! Eventually after 6 months that i was running for my money i could take some other things instead of my money!

Ik zou nooit nog een salon kopen . Er was een stuk kapot bij levering. Hij is in januari 1 jaar en nog steeds geen nieuw stuk gekregen. Wel al enkele keren gebeld ervoor . En de zetel is ook al gescheurd in de naad . Heel slechte kwaliteit en service .
Stinkend duur, opdringerig.... Niks modern of mooi...
Na bijna 18 weken wachten van levering.is meneer nu in verlof en krijgen we geen antwoord!!
Salon de coin acheté plus de 1.100 eur et déjà très endommagé après quelques mois seulement - pas de réponse à mes demandes pour SAV - très déçu - si j'avais su, je serais peut-être allé chez IKEA
