Great experience! First of all, my case wasn’t exactly an easy one... Yet, they were very understanding and managed to find solutions. So thank you to Veronique, the receptionist, for her patience and commitment. And I would also like to thank the teacher, Tom, who not only managed to make the driving lessons fun but also helped me pass my drivers license. This was just after 26 hours of practice with him, all done in 1 month, and I was basically at square 1 in terms of driving! Would definitely recommend them to anyone

The receptionist was so incredibly rude and the organisation nonexistent, that I've decided to find another company. Having discussed through email and on the phone and (I thought) booked dates, I phoned, only to get the response that first I need to sign up online then they'll see if there's any availability. Shambolic! That is aside from the tone and demeanor of the lady, which was simply offensive. My advice find somewhere else, other places cannot be as bad as this.
the receptionist is the single MOST UNPLEASANT person i've met in my entire life. Do NOT go there even if it's the last place available.
Really cool, helpful and knowledgeable instructor (Tom) was great and helped prepare for the exam (success at first try!). Highly recommended!
Terrible. They have a shop at Evere whose main function seems to be to scare potential clients. The person at the shop is tremendously unpleasant and defiant. She will not even greet you or ask you to take a seat, instead she will show you how bored is she of saying that you have to do it through the internet (as it states on the web, which it is true). The problem is that if you are new in town and you don't speak any of the local languages, you would like to have a bit of a conversation with someone to assure you how the system works, how you can take the exam in english etc. before you commit a few hundred euros. Well, apparently not, and apparently she can not be bother to deal with potential clients in any way remotely polite towards her potential clients. And i can not tell you much more 'cause i left and now i am looking for another driving school.
This one is for their Evere office. It’s a worst place. Staff was rude. As soon as I entered and asked in English the lady seemed pissed and in clear English told me ‘we don’t speak English’ ;) and basically walked me out of the office. Not an option for expat.
Désagréable ! Ne son pas relationnel du tout impolie je ne vous conseille pas de dire bonjour lorsque vous rentrer chez eux car personne ne vous répondra !Si vous prenez 2 heures de cour pratique prévoyez qu’il vont vous voler 1 heures ! \u003e30 min pour la désinfection 20 min pour soit disant remplir les documents 10 min pour que le moniteur ce rend au WC. inacceptable je vous déconseille de donner vos sous a cette soit disant auto école européenne
Très très bonne expérience, que ce soit l'accueil, les cours et les moniteurs, gérer les plannings d'autant de moniteurs et d'élèves avec les désiderata de chacun les changements de dernières minutes en essayant de contenter tout le monde et ne léser personne, cela doit être un travail éprouvant, après avoir discuté avec la personne au bureau j'ai appris que LA secrétaire ne tenait pus ce bureau depuis quasiment 1 an, donc les critiques négatives récentes non plus lieu d'être et je ne comprends pas pourquoi elles sont re-poster. Un élève très satisfait.
