I’ve been there at 4/9 around 13:00 I had to ask about an issue I was experiencing for making an application about a contract via their website. The problem is that on their webform,inside the floor box,you can only type numbers and I couldn’t find the correct keyword for basement floor. So I asked about that and what I got was “i don’t know about our internet products and how website applications works” and then,as long as branch and website are under the same company,I proposed him to be a little helpful and try communicate with someone that knows maybe,but still..“I can’t do that you should find out on your own” was what I got. Customer service of this guy was awful and he looked bored. Hope that’s not company’s general problem
Worst operator possible, if you’re new in Brussels go to Voo just don’t goto Proximus please, you’ll make me HAPPY. Yes happy, just the thought of Proximus being bankrupt excites me.
Not recommended ! Gave my cell phone to repair it .. got it back after 1 month they did not repair it and they made scratches on my phone ..
Always a frustrating experience. Free filtered water though
Absolutely horrible. Disinterested staff who didn't help at all. I am going to stop with proximus. Avoid them if you don't have any other option!
