I found this opthalmologist via doctoranytime.be and was happy to be able to get an appointment soon after. I can tell you after my visit there is an obvious reason for this. I assume most of her patients visit her only once and never again. The reasons for this can ben found in other reviews as well. She ran a couple of tests, very quickly compared to what I have experienced in the past. She then got up and started writing papers immediately without giving any spontaneous feedback about the evolution of my eyes. When I asked her for the results of the tests, she said that my eyes had improved. She then moved quickly to the financial conclusion, asking you to pay 80 , while reassuring you that the mutuality reimburses most of it (in the end i got only 50 back). She asks her patients to pay this huge amount in cash (which makes me think that Dr. Sucs doesn't like to pay taxes). When I went to my optician later on, he told me that the doctor had prescribed a dioptre increase (the opposite of what she had told me). My optician repeated all tests and came up with a very different result. So, in the end, I paid 80 euros for nothing. I would recommend you to avoid this doctor.

I would like to say a great thanks for Dr. Françoise Sucs! I went to her office with my friend two times. She was very professional, helpful and really kind. She made the examination very attentively and helped to my friend to find the best solution according to her eyes problems.( She had problems for years with her eyes and it caused many side effects so it really changed her quality of life in a good way ) Second time she doesn’t even charged for her help and time! I will recommend her with a good heart;)
She spoke in English and she was polite, but 80 euros for general consultation is outrageous!
Wrong diagnosis, an unclear consultation and charging multiple times without a valid explanation. I strongly suggest you not to visit the doctor and very sorry about this situation.
Not satisfied with this doctor, difficult to communicate, doesn't listen to you. My glasses give me headaches, I spent a lot of money for nothing
Well received in my own language (trilingual office) Got an appointment on the day itself - No integration of Electronic Health Record which leaded to mediocre diagnosis - Diagnosis was mediocre and not clearly explained - Encouraged to buy new glasses (although I've just gotten a new pair) at a befriended optician - Encouraged to buy unnecessary additional eye products at pharmacy - No electronic payment methods
Doctor is perfect, good in diagnostic with excellent approach. Highly recommended
